Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mid Level Data Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the liaison between the long-term staffing group and scheduling team
- Determine the appropriate staffing levels for the commercial lines call center
- Provide custom solutions to schedulers leveraging statistics where appropriate
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, bachelor's and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience
