Job Summary
A financial service company is seeking a Remote Mid Level Data Scientist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
- Follow written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in data mining and statistical analysis
- 4 years of related experience in predictive modeling, large data analysis and computer science.
- Proficient level of business acumen in the areas of the business operations, industry practices and emerging trends
- Proficient knowledge of the function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills and abilities towards work products
- Knowledge of Data Science principals and experience with data science methodologies
