Job Summary
A cloud based customer engagement solutions company has an open position for a Remote Mid Level Full Stack Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Extending the current technology inside the customer service platform using the latest technologies
- Adding AI and Chatbot functionality to all Customer Service Channels
- Building new communication channels with Wechat, iMessage, Twitter and Facebook
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor/College Degree in Engineering, Computer/Telecommunication or equivalent
- Must have Advanced verbal and written English skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on working experience
- Previous experience with Customer Service solutions (Chat, Email Ticket systems and/or Chatbots)
- Must have technical experience requirements listed by company
