Job Summary
Talent aquisition intelligence platform has a current position open for a Remote Mid Level HR Tech Software Sales Account Executive.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting to closing, for companies in your territory
- Prospect into potential customers in partnership with key HR/benefits brokers
- Build strong relationships and champions within prospects to drive deal to close
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of total HR Tech software sales experience selling to a range of customer sizes
- Significant experience running a full sales cycle
- HR connections that can help jump-start your prospecting
- Know how to navigate cross-functionally within an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals
- Experience in the early high growth stages of a startup, before systems and processes have been completely established
