Job Summary

A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mid Level Information Technology Service Desk Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls to the company service desk
  • Responding to self-service incidents within the ticketing system
  • Identifying, developing, and implementing knowledge-based articles in support of operational duties

Required Skills:

  • High school degree
  • Associates, technical, or Bachelor’s degree in IT related field preferred
  • A+ certificate preferred
  • 1+ year’s service-desk support experience with computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Desktop and Windows operating systems skills
