Job Summary

An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mid Level Psychometrician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and overseeing computer-adaptive tests for K–12 education
• Conducting classical and IRT analyses of test data
• Collaborating with content experts to create and curate item pools

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ph.D. in Education Measurement, Psychometrics, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics or a related field
• 3+ years of active experience in new test development or computer-adaptive testing
• Fluency in computer/statistical programming e.g. Pythin, SQL
• Willingness to innovate and find new, efficient solutions to complex problems
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
