Job Summary

A management consulting and IT support firm has a current position open for a Remote Mid Level Recruiting Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain contacts with various employment sources
  • Develop activities related to the recruitment of external applicants for the firm
  • Coordinate and develop the organization's staff planning activities

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced sales or service environment such as retail, events, or hospitality
  • 1+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates
  • Ability to show success in a client or customer service role
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and OFCCP and EEO compliance
  • HS diploma or GED
