Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency has a current position open for a Remote Mid Level Sourcing and Procurement Manager in San Antonio.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Following written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
- Utilizing proficient knowledge and experience negotiating and authoring to execute low to moderately complex agreements
- Evaluating commercial models and creates negotiated alternatives for medium to complex contract actions requiring moderate term and condition negotiation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 4 years of experience in procurement strategy, to include planning, sourcing, and/or solutioning, to include 2 years of experience negotiating and authoring contracts, terms and conditions, and pricing
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
- Proficient experience leveraging analytical tools, including Microsoft Office products and other applicable business software, to develop analysis, charts, and/or supporting documentation
- 2 or more years of experience developing strong requirements for RFPs and Statements of Work
