Job Summary

A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mid Market Software Customer Relationship Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for customers regarding general immigration issues
  • Conduct internal Account Reviews
  • Conduct and/or provide support on Annual Business Reviews with customer and legal teams

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years experience within customer success, account management, and/or paralegal experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high performing company, in a client facing position
  • Experience and accountability with team and others to achieving sales targets
  • Passion for technology and US immigration via a role that is focused on offering excellent customer service
  • Ability to collaborate and partner cross-functionally to ensure customer success
  • Demonstrated experience for building, following, and improving upon processes and metrics-based activities
