A developer of modern fleet management software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mid Market Software Customer Success Manager in Birmingham.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being the primary relationship for a global portfolio of hundreds of customers
  • Consulting on asset management best practices via scalable channels
  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, project management tools,, internal communication tools, Google Sheets, etc
  • Comfortable interacting with every level of customer
  • Proven ability to use metrics to identify needs as well as to tell a compelling story
