Position Requirements Include:
- 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
- Experience with CRM systems, project management tools,, internal communication tools, Google Sheets, etc
- Comfortable interacting with every level of customer
- Proven ability to use metrics to identify needs as well as to tell a compelling story
