Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Mid Market Software Sales Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and scale Sales Development Representatives Team
  • Onboard and train new Sales Development Representative hires
  • Work with marketing leaders to develop and create Sales Development Representative Playbooks

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • 3+ years B2B, sales experience selling technology
  • Experience prospecting and cold calling both as an individual contributor and as a sales leader
  • Experience building and scaling sales development teams
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, training and promoting Sales Development Reps
