Job Summary

A software development company specializing in marketing solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mid Market Team Software Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of new and established Growth Specialists
  • Support salespeople in all aspects of the sales process
  • Keep team members accountable to KPIs that drive the business

Required Skills:

  • At least 2+ years of years of leading and coaching a quota carrying team
  • Experience in successfully mentoring and/or leading others effectively
