Job Summary

A legal company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mid Senior Level Assistant Counsel Contract Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate complex agreements
• Provide legal advice and assistance to the field and corporate management regulatory
• Assist in execution of the company's legal program

Required Skills:

• Ten years of related financial institution experience is required
• Admittance in good standing in ANY state jurisdiction
• A law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) is required
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to manage direct reports with varying professional backgrounds
• Ability to problem solve and provide guidance to direct reports and other internal company clients
