- Building processes for feedback, improvement, and growth of team members
- Acting as a resource for all team members
- Owning and managing all processes for hiring and growing a remote team
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience in HR
- Have evidence of expertise in HR where you were instrumental in building and developing fast growth teams
- Experience in managing and resolving issues/conflicts in a fast growing organization
- Have worked at startups and directly with the founders to build processes from scratch
