Job Summary
A provider of remote desktop hosting services is seeking a Remote Mid Senior Market Research and Customer Insights Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze survey results
- Design and execute ad hoc research either in-house or working with a vendor
- Engage with stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expertise in sampling and data analysis techniques to ensure statistical rigor
- 5+ years of proven experience in research, data analysis and statistics
- Experience working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency with Qualtrics, Excel data analysis and PowerPoint required
