Job Summary
A banking and credit lending company has an open position for a Remote Midday Shifts Fraud Prevention Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Resolve member inquiries regarding a fraud- or security-related concern
- Take incoming calls and referrals from other departments
- Make outbound calls at times
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in call center/customer service
- Ability to ensure proper follow-up or escalation of account based on call outcome
