Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Middle Market Package Underwriting Specialist in Kansas City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Writing new business within our Standards of Underwriting, Underwriting Guidelines, and Rules and Principles
- Building a pipeline of profitable new business by establishing and maintaining new producer relationships
- Driving profitable underwriting growth within target industry segments
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 30% travel should be expected
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to utilize various web-based systems and a comfort level with Power Point, Excel, and Word
- 5+ years of proven experience underwriting property and casualty lines of coverage
