Remote Middleware Administration Team Lead

Job Summary

Payment and risk solutions for financial institutions nationwide is seeking a Remote Middleware Administration Team Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging new and existing Configuration management patterns and infrastructure as code
• Providing oversight, standardization and validation of system and application architecture
• Working closely with leadership to provide recommendations on process improvements, SLA tracking, team performance and training opportunities

Qualifications Include:

• Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent certifications
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with 5 or more years of work experience in medium to large scale enterprise
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in modern application design patterns
• Solid understanding of an iterative software development process and test driven development
• Knowledge of one or more of the configuration management tools – Chef, Ansible, puppet and knowledge IAC, Containerization and orchestration
• Experience with one of the cloud infrastructure providers – AWS, GCP and Azure
