Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Middleware Atlassian Administrator in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administer and Manage the applications and support users across the globe
- Perform JIRA, JIRA ServiceDesk and Confluence administration
- Create and manage custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Hands-on Experience with hosted Linux environments and working with partner Teams (infrastructure, network etc.)
- Proficiency in understanding Jira/Confluence logs and troubleshooting problems at all layers - application, webserver and database
- Experience in performing system backups and accomplishing storage rotation of backups
- Very good understanding of MySQL Database and basic administration of database
- Very good understanding of Jira/Confluence Data center software - installation, configuration files and administration
