Job Summary
A blockchain research and development company is seeking a Remote Midnight Scrum Master.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and coaches them towards becoming a self-managed team
- Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles as defined within the scrum guide
- Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in a scrum master role
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Familiarity with software development
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
