Remote Midnight Scrum Master

Job Summary

A blockchain research and development company is seeking a Remote Midnight Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and coaches them towards becoming a self-managed team
• Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles as defined within the scrum guide
• Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a scrum master role
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Familiarity with software development
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
