Job Summary
A non-profit disaster response organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Midwest Regional Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Manage the full-cycle of recruitment, onboarding and development for volunteers
- Responsible for building depth in volunteer leadership positions and functions
- Communicate, manage and support volunteer leaders
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to Travel as needed
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience coaching and performance management experience
- Project management guru with a proven record of defining project scope
- Demonstrated experience leading, managing and communicating with remote teams
