Job Summary
A data center maintenance company is filling a position for a Remote Midwest Technical Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing level 2 and 3 technical team that is providing quality support to our Field Service Engineers
- Prioritizing and managing development of new product support offerings while identifying and driving acquisition of skills
- Managing team projects on objectives and deadlines; addressing issues proactively and removing obstacles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience overseeing a 24x7, remote technical team and successfully developing people
- Proven record of being inquisitive and championing change as well as initiating process development and ongoing improvement
- Effective communication and follow through, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to customer service
