Job Summary

A data center maintenance company is filling a position for a Remote Midwest Technical Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing level 2 and 3 technical team that is providing quality support to our Field Service Engineers
  • Prioritizing and managing development of new product support offerings while identifying and driving acquisition of skills
  • Managing team projects on objectives and deadlines; addressing issues proactively and removing obstacles

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience overseeing a 24x7, remote technical team and successfully developing people
  • Proven record of being inquisitive and championing change as well as initiating process development and ongoing improvement
  • Effective communication and follow through, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to customer service
