Job Summary
A HCM software as a service company is filling a position for a Remote Migration Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate the conversion of our client base to updated human capital product platform
- Work closely with internal partners, including Product and IT, to ensure client expectations are being met
- Train users on systems remotely through desktop connections
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years experience in a client service position
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround
