Job Summary

A HCM software as a service company is filling a position for a Remote Migration Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the conversion of our client base to updated human capital product platform
  • Work closely with internal partners, including Product and IT, to ensure client expectations are being met
  • Train users on systems remotely through desktop connections

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years experience in a client service position
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround
