Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company is in need of a Remote Military Treatment Facilities Referrals Coordinator 2.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Processesing referrals/authorizations during contingency operations
• Performing timely and accurate data entry of changes to beneficiary contact information
• Preparing and submiting reports of findings

Required Skills:

• Minimum of Associates degree
• 3 or more years of experience in a customer service position
• UM/Coding experience and/or experience with medical terminology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple activities.
• Demonstrates initiative and attention to detail
