Job Summary

A research and consulting company is seeking a Remote Military Workplace Climate Research Senior Scientist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Applying principles in the fields of statistics, survey methodology, and/or other social science disciplines to analyze survey
• Collaborating with clients and project teams to obtain a detailed understanding of the data requirements
• Working with large, complex data systems to aggregate, organize, and prepare data for analysis

Qualifications Include:

• Master’s or equivalent combination of education and experience in areas such as statistics, survey methodology, or related disciplines
• At least eight years of on the job experience working with data sets or databases
• Previous experience programming/writing syntax in statistical software packages
• Strong quantitative ability and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple, time-sensitive priorities with minimal direction and supervision
• Effective written and oral communication skills
