Job Summary
A software, services, and content provider is filling a position for a Remote Ministry Sales Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of sales development representatives
- Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources
- Coaching individual SDRs through call shadowing, role play, and performance reporting
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5+ years in sales management experience, ideally in a SaaS company
- Cold calling experience (to both new prospects and current customers)
- Formed and led highly functioning teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees
