A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Mission Assurance Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and certifying the flight readiness of every spacecraft
- Evaluating acceptability of changes to mission critical hardware and software
- Providing senior representation for major Spacecraft Reviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics or other STEM discipline
- 20 years of experience in aerospace engineering
- Knowledge of complex aerospace hardware processes
- U.S. citizen with the willingness and ability to obtain a security clearance
- Experience in progressive technical and engineering leadership roles
- Experience leading spacecraft Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards
