An internet services company is in need of a Remote ML and AI Applied Data Science Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing innovative data science solutions
- Building and leading a world-class team of ML and AI scientists and engineers
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across time zones
Position Requirements Include:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrated experience owning large data science projects
- 8+ years of work experience in software engineering, Data Science or ML/AI applications
- 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of data scientists
- Strong machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling expertise
- Excellent data prep and big data manipulation skills
