Job Summary

A platform of social media products needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mobile Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading engineering team(s) to deliver high quality software on predictable schedules
• Partnering closely with Product Managers to cut scope and continuously deliver software in a lean way
• Managing the context in which team members operate

Qualifications for this position include:

• Meet in person for company get-togethers twice per year
• Experience leading an engineering team, either as an engineering manager, or as a senior engineer/technical lead
• A technical background
• Capable of leading globally distributed team members who might have different skill sets from your own
• Deep understanding of how software is built and deployed
• Swift and Objective C, and Kotlin and Java
