Must be able to:

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A./B.S. or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years of Knowledge Base Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Confluence and other tools
  • Solid understanding of technology concepts and associated service offerings
  • Familiarity and experience with technical writing
