Job Summary
A wireless solutions company has an open position for a Remote Mobile Technology Account Executive.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advocate for the customer and manage great customer experiences
- Negotiate contract renewals and maintain a high revenue retention rate
- Conduct quarterly or monthly account reviews with customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years working in cellular networking
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Or 5+ years of Account Management experience, working directly with customers and building relationships
