Job Summary
A technology development company is seeking a Remote Mobile Test Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Support direct reports' long-term career development, helping them build their skills in software testing
- Directly manage Test Engineers and Test Contractors
- Monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ year of managerial or lead experience
- 6+ years of real-world SDET experience
- Proficient in Java, Python or a similar language
- Experience with hiring and building engineering teams
- Experience managing offshore teams
- 3+ year experience with developing testing strategy, running testing projects and implementing automation frameworks for Mobile solutions
