A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Model of Care Nurse Case Manager I.

Must be able to:

Qualifications Include:

  • Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of local office
  • Experience with electronic documentation
  • Knowledge and work experience with Microsoft Office
  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Experience using PC with multiple screens
