A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Model of Care Registered Nurse Case Manager I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring member access to healthcare
  • Conducting patient assessments
  • Coordinating internal and external resources

Qualifications Include:

  • Must reside within 60 miles or 1 hour of an Anthem office
  • Unrestricted, current RN license in applicable state(s)
  • 3 years clinical RN experience
  • Experience with electronic documentation
  • Experience using computers with multiple screens
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
