Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote Modeling Analyst I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Following written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
- Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
- Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 years related work experience in statistical analysis and model development
- Proficient knowledge of data analysis tools and industry data sources
- Bachelor's in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences or related field OR 4 additional years of related experience
- Proficient knowledge in developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools, other analysis software or scripting language
- Proficient knowledge in 2 or more statistical techniques
- Knowledge of metadata management and related tools
