Job Summary
A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Modelling and Simulation Senior Scientist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support projects from early discovery stages through to clinical trials
- Develop, implement and validate models using pre-clinical in vitro and in vivo data
- Provide a robust prediction of human pharmacokinetics and efficacious dose
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellent understanding of theory, principles and statistical aspects of advanced mathematical modelling
- Thorough understanding of the basic principles of pharmacokinetics
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of software and applications in the area of PBPK / PKPD modelling and simulation
- Develop and validate mathematical PK/PD/Biomarker/Efficacy models
