Job Summary
At BeaconLive, we provide our customers with the ability to deliver professionally executed webinars, webcasts and online events. Our dedicated Event Services Team works with our customers every step of the way throughout the complex lifecycle of each event. Our Account Managers, Event Producers, Moderators and Operators provide excellent service, eliminating the need to call tech support or deliver anything but a flawless online event.
Due to our ever-increasing business, we have an immediate need for Moderators.
The right people will need to have the mental flexibility and maturity to prioritize and multitask, the ability to remain calm under pressure, a great telephone presence, a clear & well-modulated voice. You will be talking to our customers and their customers, so what you say and how you sound is of paramount importance.
You can initially expect 6-8 hours per week, depending on assignments. These hours will likely increase over the next few months. At the very least, you must be available for shifts when scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11 am and 3 pm ET.
You will be working out of your home, so it is imperative that you have a quiet work environment with no interruptions. A high-speed wired (not wireless) internet connection is required, as well as a landline phone.
