Job Summary
A company that operates a web-based portal that allows users to share their knowledge is seeking a Remote Monetization Product Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying high-impact opportunities, designing features in pursuit of goals, and explaining the rationale for your decisions
- Understanding the highly technical and data-driven environment of performance advertising, generating product insights that contribute to business strategy
- Streamlining and managing UI complexity, resulting in polished UI design, and a clear information hierarchy that ensures a holistic feature set
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to be available for meetings and impromptu communication during company's "coordination hours" (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)
- Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities
- 4+ years experience designing complex products in a B2B space resulting in clear, effective interactions that accomplished business goals
- 2+ years experience shipping production-level code in front-end technologies: React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Proven ability to collaborate and empathize with, as well as challenge, business marketing, sales, designers, engineers, and data scientists
- Demonstrated visual design skill, especially in the construction of visual hierarchies, with attention to detail, typography, spacing, and color
