Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving all M&E efforts
• Designing and leading evaluation activities of programs
• Supervising and providing quality assurance

Position Requirements Include:

• Graduate degree in relevant discipline
• Experience working for NGOs or international organizations in a monitoring role
• Strong experience with international development projects
• Track record of leading projects
• Strong understanding of how to develop and implement robust M&E frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing MEL systems
