Job Summary
A non-profit leadership organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Monitoring and Evaluation Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing our organizational learning agenda, ensuring alignment between our impact model, theory of change & program interventions
- Designing & implementing the development & execution of our monitoring & evaluation framework, strategy & processes
- Developing & maintaining systems to collect data; lead analysis to produce meaningful information on inputs, outputs & outcomes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Success in the design & implementation of M&E systems
- Strong analytical skills & ability to elevate technical results to outcomes & conclusions that are meaningful
- Demonstrated ability & orientation to use data to drive results & surface new opportunities
- Proven track record developing a strategy & driving its implementation to yield a successful result
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments & across different cultures & contexts
- Excellent report writing, analytical & communication skills
