Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and growing 3-4 managers and their teams
- Mentoring and coach senior engineers
- Partnering with stakeholders across comapny to develop a prioritized roadmap for your products
Qualifications Include:
- You have previously managed managers
- You are comfortable managing geographically distributed teams
- You are familiar with Kubernetes and Terraform
- You have prior experience with distributed systems
