A global cloud service provider of secure and compliant hosting is in need of a Remote Monitoring Operations Manager in Houston.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and building a team of monitoring professionals that ensures quality across global infrastructure platforms
- Providing complete ownership of remediation and trending of alerts across all product offerings
- Developing strong domain knowledge as a subject matter expert in the core monitoring and alerting technologies
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors or University degree in technical discipline required
- 5+ years hands on experience with enterprise monitoring and alerting frameworks and platforms
- 5+ years hands-on experience in event handling and logging frameworks
- Winning mindset with the ability to manage execution of monitoring excellence
