Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Monitoring Senior System Administrator in Fairfax.
Must be able to:
- Provide support for setup, configuration, management, integration of CA Technologies APM, UIM, and Splunk
- Design and setup informational web-based dashboards used by IT Technicians, Management, and Executive level personnel
- Design and present reports and documents that reflect information regarding systems and applications performance metrics, statistics, and trends
Position Requirements Include:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2008/2012, RHEL versions 5.x through 7.x.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with Data Center Operations best practices
- Technical expert for System Administrators supporting Windows Server 2008, 2012; RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x in a data center environment
- Experience with Network Management, Systems Management, Applications Management
