Remote Monitoring Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis during night shifts, the Remote Monitoring Specialist will respond to incoming alerts, conduct visual verifications, and collaborate with the Remote Monitoring Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of stores.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to all incoming alerts in accordance with service level agreements
• Conduct visual verification for store alarms using CCTV and complete incident reports
• Identify trends in overnight activity and escalate issues to the Remote Monitoring Supervisor or Physical Security Manager

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• 3 years of experience in a retail or professional environment related to loss prevention
• Experience with physical security systems such as CCTV and EAS
• Demonstrated experience in detailed report-writing
• Completion of a certified training program (e.g., Wicklander-Zulawski or Reed training)
