A bookkeeping and accounting services company. is filling a position for a Remote Monthly Write Up Bookkeeper.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bookkeeping for 30+ clients simultaneously
• Process sales tax and payroll tax
• Process payrolls for various clients

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years performing full charge bookkeeping, including monthly bookkeeping
• 3+ years experience working in Accounting Services or CPA firm
• Familiar with sales and payroll tax
• Ability to meet deadlines
• 3+ years using Quickbooks Software
• Demonstrated ability to handle up to 30 clients simultaneously
