Job Summary
A financial service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Account Manager in Orlando.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Complete pre-underwriting reviews, FHA/VA checks, organize imaged documents,
- Maintain open channels of communication with internal and external parties
- Work directly with underwriting and external broker partners on conditions, documents and questions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimal travel<5%
- Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional loan programs
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in residential mortgage lending
- Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional loan programs
- Knowledge of Desktop Underwriter guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of various property types, including, but not limited to, SFR, Condos and PUDs
