Job Summary

A reverse mortgage provider has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Advisory Compliance Analyst III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Researching compliance-related matters & advising business units to ensure full conformity with state & federal laws, rules & regs
• Actively engaging with lines of business and key stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance matters
• Maintaining current comprehensive working knowledge of state & federal laws & regulations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or similar discipline
• 6+ years residential lending mortgage compliance experience required, including working knowledge of state & federal laws & regs
• Familiarity with non-bank compliance requirements (i.e., CFPB and state regulators) preferred
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all business units and management
• Strong technical & analytical reasoning skills to understand & interpret regulatory requirements & transform into operational matrices
