Job Summary

A financial group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Appraisal Analyst III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting reviews of complex appraisals within delegated authority limits
• Ensuring eligibility and collateral underwriting guidelines are met
• Adhering to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ year as FHA DE underwriter, VA/SAR underwriter, or Conventional senior mortgage underwriter
• 3+ years certified residential appraiser with appraisal review experience
• Extensive knowledge of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and general appraisal techniques and analysis
• Knowledge of all types of real property, terms, types of ownership in real estate, deeds, mortgages, etc.
• Familiar with secondary market collateral guidelines
