Job Summary
A financial institution is seeking a Remote Mortgage Area Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing home lending production for an inside sales team of mortgage loan officers
- Managing and coordinating activities of mortgage loan officers providing products and/or services
- Managing activities to align with customer experience expectations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors OR comparable combination of education and experience (including military service)
- 3+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Customer Experience Management
- Effective Communications
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize commercial and residential mortgage instruments
- Knowledge of and the ability to sell an organization's products and services
