Job Summary
A mortgage company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Bond and Housing Product Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing products which includes writing, maintaining and releasing new programs and products
- Working closely with the Bond and Housing Investor Application and Training Specialist
- Communicating with Investors on product related questions requiring verbal and written communication skills
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to research and answer product questions
- Solid knowledge and understanding of a variety of State Housing Finance Agency Programs
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Agency guidelines including Conventional, FHA, USDA and VA
